Fits 2 very comfortably and in the spot that it says pets welcome, we mean dogs only! we only allowed cats in our home 1 time and it was really bad for us with fur matted in the carpets and tears in our old couch cushion, sorry but it was more trouble than it was worth having cats and we are very allergic The apartment has its own entrance and has full access to the backyard.. we recently remodeled the apartment and it is much more comfortable! It's completely furnished with bed, couch, 2 televisions, and kitchenware.
