Utilities include: wifi, water, electric, solid waste pick up, and yard maintenance.
House is available for seven month lease from January 1- July 31, 2026. Utilities (water, electric, solid waste pick up, wifi) and yard maintainence bundled into a reasonable monthly fee. First and last month's rent due at signing. Small pets (ideally hypoallergenic) may be possible with permission of owner.
