This brand new studio apartment-style addition onto the back of our 1949 brick bungalow was finished in April 2026. It has polished hardwood floors and a custom Spanish tile bathroom. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge and freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a microwave, as well as all the dishes and silverware you’d need. There are 2 small closets with hangers and we have a 4 drawer dresser we can put in the unit for you. This apartment is safely tucked in our backyard, and you’d access it by walking up our driveway and opening the gate to the fenced in backyard. You also have a small outdoor space with 2 chairs and a side table to enjoy the shaded backyard. We are very close to I20, making travel around Atlanta a breeze. We are currently using this as an Airbnb, but want to move to mid-term rentals to professionals or quiet singles who will not be (hypothetically, of course) frequently coming back from concerts at 3am since this is attached to the back of our home.
