Quiet Suburban neighborhood, 1 mile from greenbelt and 0.7 miles from foothills. Room w/ queen sized bed, dresser and closet on North side of house (front yard) with window. Your private bathroom is across the hall with tub shower, it is clean and not cluttered but definite 70's vibe. There is a big living room with Smart TV, Amazon Prime. I am an Occupational Therapist at St. Al's. I am busy and often not home. It is just me. I have about 5 friends over 1 month to watch a show. Occasional dinner guest, quiet life. Garage has a few bikes and a ping pong table and various other toys.
