It's just me, the owner, in the whole house — no roommates coming and going. If you work nights or odd hours, that's fine here. I've hosted mid-term tenants for four years, and I live here too, so what breaks gets fixed the same day.
You also get a home gym, a den with a library, a very large kitchen, a formal living room, a sunroom, and a big deck with a grill looking onto a backyard that feels like a park.
All utilities, wifi, laundry and kitchen access included. Free off-street parking — no permit, no garage fee. Quiet street, 15 minutes to downtown Richmond, minutes from Chippenham.
Dogs live here and love visitors, but they never come into your suite — your room and bath stay dog-free.
