Apartment is private and has a separate entrance. 9’ ceilings. Lots of light, windows and double glass French doors. Queen Tempur-Pedic bed and pillows, ample dresser space and a small closet, full size washer dryer, large shower, large patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs, BBQ, free storage, free electricity unless an excessive amount is consumed that is above the average daily use (this amount will be shared with tenant). This amount is generous. Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans, Insta-Pot, air popcorn maker, air fryer, dishes, glasses, bowls, utensils, some spices, a variety of teas. Apartment is inside a large home and in a subdivision of private luxurious homes on two acres. When you pull up you will be in awe of what you will see. Owners live on site but you will hardly see them as they mostly live on the other side of the house. A small dog will be allowed and pet sitting services are available for a fee if arranged in advance.
