Description
This is a basement unit of a two-story home. You have your own entrance with a code-lock entry, down one flight of stairs. You must be able to walk up and down stairs without issue; the unit is not handicap accessible. You enter into a brand-new kitchenette, with new flooring, modern cabinetry, and tile backsplash. Appliances include refrigerator, full-size sink with spray function and hose, microwave/convection oven, and two-burner plug-in stovetop unit. Serving ware, cookware, and all kitchen necessities are included.
You have a private bedroom and bathroom including a queen-sized bed, side tables, six-drawer dresser, and a full closet. Your bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, in-wall medicine cabinet, and plenty of storage space and hooks. Sheets & towels are included.
There is one common area, which is the laundry. There is only one washer/dryer in the house; therefore, I will need to use it on occasion. We will work out a schedule that is comfortable for us both.
