Rent includes electric, water, trash, and fast internet. Laundry in the home, full kitchen, living room, and driveway parking.
Upstairs splits in two: your suite on one side, my bedroom and office on the other. Real separation and a quiet place to land after a shift.
I also have a pool table and fenced in backyard.
About me: I'm 37, I own the home, and I work from my office on weekdays. Clean, easygoing, low drama. Most weekends I'm out kayaking, biking, or at a show, and I'm glad to point a newcomer toward the good trails and music.
