At the end of the driveway, next to a Victorian is the charming private cottage. Located in the highly desirable Gerstle Park area of San Rafael this charming converted cottage was originally a carriage house.
The 600 square foot cottage consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a sitting area.
The neighbourhood is full of tree lined streets and a mixture of home styles including Victorians from the late 1800s. There are hiking trails and open spaces to the north of the park.
We are within walking distance of the vibrant historic downtown of San Rafael .The 4th Street corridor is known for it's restaurants, arts and music scene.
The San Rafael Pacifics stadium is within 2 blocks as are the public Tennis courts, Bocce ball courts. Although I do not offer a washer and dryer, there are 2 laundromats less than a mile away as well as wash and fold services that pick up and drop off at the address.
Due to allergies and health issues I am unable to accept pets.
