The house is a charming furnished space in a historic 1940s lakefront home in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
The Bird House is a peaceful, residential place to land for a month or more while you're relocating, working a temporary assignment, attending school, between homes, or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay for a season.
The home sits directly on a beautiful private lake and has a unique history spanning seven generations. You'll have access to the lakefront setting, outdoor space, and a quiet neighborhood while still being close to the Twin Cities.
A few important things to know: this is an owner-occupied home, but the rental space is completely private. You will have your own kitchen, bath, living, bedrooms and separate entrance, so there is no need for regular interaction with me unless you want it. I respect your privacy and independence and am happy to give you your own space.
