Elm Place is in a fantastic neighborhood and within walking distance to St. Vincent Healthcare, the Yellowstone medical offices, and Billings Clinic Hospital and downtown clinic, as well as MSU Billings and Rocky Mountain College. In addition, its a quick and easy drive to the ConocoPhillips and Exxon refineries. The house is ideally located for exploring the many downtown attractions, including the Yellowstone Art Museum, the Western Heritage Cultural Center, Montana State University Billings, Rocky Mountain College, the Billings Library, and abundance of excellent restaurants and quaint shops. The summer Saturday Farmers Market is held in the city center in downtown Billings and is a weekly fun attraction. In addition, Elm Place is right around the corner from Pioneer Park which has tennis courts and a folf course on the gently rolling hills of the park. Its a great place to picnic, too.
