Living/dining room(with fireplace), kitchenette, full bath and queen bed in bedroom. Fully furnished. Shared washer/dryer in a nice laundry area. Recent renovation, so everything is new. Very safe and quiet neighborhood near the lake, and all the shopping you'll ever need. Great place to walk the dog or go for a jog. We allow one small dog with a refundable pet deposit - this needs to be negotiated in advance. No cats please.
$1800 per month with a $900 refundable security deposit and credit/background check. We can do 1 - 6 months or more. Lease needs to be signed up front and can be negotiated beyond the first lease term. Max legal occupancy is 2 persons (there's only 1 queen bed).
