Come share our 5000 square-foot custom-built home with us. Kids are grown. We rent three different rooms in our house. None of the bedrooms have shared walls. You’re welcome to use the gourmet kitchen, W/D as well as the bonus room which has a mini kitchen, projector TV, balcony and exercise equipment. Each room has a 55 inch smart TV and high speed Comcast Internet. We are 7 miles from downtown. Providence Saint Peter’s Hospital is a quick, beautiful, back road, 15 minute commute. Multicare/Capitol hospital is a 20 minute commute with a choice of freeway or cutting through downtown to see local businesses. Boston Harbor Marina is just down the street where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, enjoy a small tap room, order food from the snack shack, and if you’re lucky to be here in the summer, free live music on the dock every Friday night Memorial to Labor Day. This is the most desirable area to be in Olympia. There are beautiful parks and trails close by
