• Share content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit

• Distribute content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

• Post content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates others

• Share content that invades privacy or violates confidentiality

• Discriminate against individuals based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability

• Create listings or communications that violate fair housing laws

• Refuse to rent or set different terms based on protected characteristics

• Make discriminatory statements in listings, messages, or reviews

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or bulk communications

• Add users to mailing lists without their express consent

• Send chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar communications

• Use the Platform for unauthorized advertising or solicitation

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform

• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code

• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software

• Engage in phishing, social engineering, or similar attacks

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

• Collect personal information without proper authorization

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about properties

• Use only photos that accurately represent the property

• Disclose all material defects or limitations

• Keep availability information current and accurate

• Ensure you have proper rights to list and rent the property

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with other users

• Keep communications relevant to rental transactions

• Respect other users' privacy and confidentiality

• Report inappropriate behavior to MatchBook

• Provide honest, factual reviews based on actual experiences

• Focus on relevant aspects of the rental experience

• Avoid personal attacks or irrelevant complaints

• Do not post fake or misleading reviews

• Warning users about policy violations

• Removing or editing content that violates this AUP

• Suspending or limiting access to Platform features

• Terminating user accounts and access to the Platform

• Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement

• Taking legal action for damages or breaches

• Description of the violation

• Location where the violation occurred on the Platform

• User account involved (if known)

• Screenshots or other evidence (if applicable)

• Date and time of the incident
