The renter is charged on the 1st of each month, and the money goes to your bank account. Depending on how the renter pays, it can take a few days to arrive. Your first payout is sent two days after your first renter moves in. Every payment across your properties in one list.
Messages live in the dashboard, not your personal phone or email. You can message a renter straight from their application or booking, and the whole history stays attached.
