Collecting rentCollecting rent is up to you. Its FAQ points landlords to its partner Baselane to collect rent and deposits online.Rent is charged on the 1st of each month and sent to your bank account, and a deposit is transferred to you when the renter books.
CalendarsImport blocked dates from your Airbnb and Vrbo calendars.Sync your calendars, with two-way sync if you use Hospitable. You can also import an Airbnb listing instead of building one from scratch.
